I came across this pic from in a gallery of pics of the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) in Toronto and instantly wondered if it's Douglas Smith. It sure looks like him. In googling to try and find out, I couldn't find anything on it, but I did find out that Douglas Smith is from and lives in Toronto, which would be a pretty big coincidence, me recognizing him as someone who just so happens to be from where the picture is from, so is this Douglas Smith???
