For the past year I have seriously been considering paying for the silicone implant offered by this surgeon in California which apparently simultaneously boosts girth and length. However I feel that the risks are considerable esp since I would have to travel all the way from the UK to L.A to have this procedure done. I believe that the procedure costs $10,500 and that apparently Dr Elist no longer severs ligaments in order to increase penile length. On his website Penile Enlargement Surgery | Penis Enlargement Advice | Erectile Dysfunction it states that the clinic offers free monthly online discussion seminars as well as the opportunity to speak to former patients in order to allay concerns. However I contacted the clinic directly to enquire about these services but found the staff vague and unhelpful. I have also noticed that a discussion forum which was latterly available on the same website has now curiously vanished.
Can anyone please tell me if they have elected for surgery with this practitioner and what the results have been. Does anyone have any advice about Dr Elist? Cheers R

The record of this type of surgery - his implant in particular is HORRIBLE. Do not go near him you will be sorry. There used to be a website that was very pro Elist but it was sponsored by him / or the guy running it got referral fees, I forget which.
A quick run down of the issues with his implant are infection, painful erections, the implant popping out through the skin towards the glans, rigid edges so you can feel it is there all the time, your dick cannot retract naturally once it is in - kind of like a dildo, the implant slips out of position etc. Go to: PhalloBoards (Version 2.0)

I second hunhkydory's comments. There are so many terrible stories of guys who underwent his procedure that I would be afraid to follow them. Theer are safer and cheaper ways to get what you want. Do read more before undertaking any decision.
