Sespe Hot Sprints outside of Ojai. It's hike in only now. I think folks still get naked there. Kind of traditional.

Up until about 1983 (I think that year...) We could take 4x4's on the Sespe Creek trail. It was a pretty epic night run. You cross the river about 5 times on the way to the hot spring where everyone is naked and stoned. Had some good weekend trips there.

The last weekend I went there, it started to rain... A lot. Most of us left in the morning early worried about the narrow high ridge part of the trail washing out. We got out. But a few "hardy" folks stayed and had to be flown out. It never reopend to vehicle traffic after that.

I fondly remember as a 24 year old guy hooking up with a 50 year old woman there. Good times!
