i completely get the uncut movement / decision, but he clearly has phimosis. has nobody ever told this is a simple procedure and few weeks of post care then he will have a very healthy dick with full access to his gland, including for cleaning?

This picture shows his foreskin can fully retract when he's hard. So no problem accessing it to clean when he's soft. The white tip of his cock head just seems to be some unique feature of it.

I saw he got his frenulum removed last week, and now his dick is out of action for a month.

I hope it eases his foreskin issues, though it wouldn't surprise me if he ended up getting cut in the next few years.

He did not get it removed in his recent post he said they detached it and moved it down a bit and reattached it

Theirs many ways to treat phimosis including applying tension to increase the length of his foreskin and over time loosen it theirs not need to get cut at all does not matter what type of phimosis you have ,better have a fully sensitive dick then a barley sensitive one that’s dry and moistless and pale to remove the foreskin would remove the majority of sensitive and your head will dry out and over time loss sensitivity
