Read this article yesterday. In an interview (I think, my Swedish is non-existent), Marie from A*Teens (remember them?!) joked that she "turned him gay" because they dated in 2000 or something and is now out. (Obviously she didn't; he was always into men. I dread to think what he must've been going through, the poor guy.)

I remember thinking he was so hot. He still is. But he kinda gives me that toxic masc4masc energy vibes. I could be wrong. But he reminds me of one of those gays who would rather die than looking at a non masc-gay (he is still handsome tho).

I do find that particular “culture” often weird, problematic, femme-phobic, fetish/paraphiliac driven. But I mean, he’s known to attend drag shows, unabashedly likes female pop performers and has worn makeup at a couple of events. So, he can’t be the worst of the worst when it comes to that kind. Preferring more “masculine presenting” guys doesn’t automatically mean being femme-phobic.

Most people don't want to get with a femme guy.
