They definitely are NOT "friends off-screen". It's weird to me how people think everyone they see on television is somehow magically friends in their real life. I can assure you Bob the Drag Queen had never met Dylan Efron before "The Traitors", and I seriously doubt they're going to spend any time together afterwards.
That said, it was a GOOD read. I laughed out loud. Dylan's basically implying that Bob is an actor and he's fooling everyone in the house into thinking he's a Faithful, and that he can tell because his brother is an actor. Bob's comeback was PERFECT.

They’re friendly now, after the fact. In the moment, it was a rude thing to say. Doesn’t mean they’re gonna be sworn enemies for eternity lol.

I just looked at both of their feeds and there's exactly ONE video on Dylan's feed with Bob, and it looks like they're being friendly behind the scenes while promoting the TV show they're contractually obligated to promote.
