I think Jackson believes that Dylan will/can get any muscle or twink he wants when ever he wants and that fucks with his mind, especially subconsciously. if he actually had pride in almost being an actual soldier, he’d wear the uniform correctly. Us Service members constantly have to watch what we do in public since whatever we do reflects upon the whole army and the military in general. Wearing it as if it’s some trendy outfit bc it says ARMY so ppl will “thank him for his service”
