His other dorm mates were straight wrestlers. Bound to be more on the conservative side. He asked for a transfer from that dorm but left before he could move to the new dorm he was allocated to.
But yes, we'll see. Who knows, he may become more conservative in the army.

Being anti-china isn't a Trump thing. Trump is always angling for his/his kids' business interests in China. Trump is anti-hispanic because he doesn't want the country's demographic to shift away from white European.

He once voiced support for Rubio when he was 17 and Rubio was standing against Trump.

I think what you say is true but the point most people are making is that he may say nice things about democrats but all of his friends are republicans all of his sponsors are republicans and he's made many right wing racist statements like his discussion about NFL players kneeling.

His talk may be "Independent" but his behavior says right wing Republican
