It isn’t against the law to post fakes online. But there are “revenge porn” laws, forbidding the posting of private images of people having sex without their permission for those images to be posted. And websites that allow it can be held liable.
There are fakes of celebrities all over the Internet that don’t get taken down.
To me, the fact that an image of Dylan getting fucked was quickly removed (and the page temporarily locked) speaks volumes about it’s likely authenticity.

If you’re referring to the still shot taken from a video of Dylan sitting on an anonymous cock, ONE Guy said it was faked from a video of two Latin guys having sex.
But the guy Who claimed that never would produce the video he claimed it was faked from, even though a bunch of people challenged him on it l.
So no, it hasn’t been proven to be a fake. That’s just what one person said.
So who knows if it’s true or not.
But if is a fake , was a heck of a fake where they also went in and faked all the thumbnails underneath it.
While other fakes are all over the Internet and never get taken down, that one does almost immediately.

The question that matters is perhaps not if the video is fake but if there is a video at all. We have seen a still and a few thumbnails set up to look like it is a screenshot of a video, but that might be all there is.
