Those that actually like Dylan can you please explain the attraction?

To be honest,I first heard/saw him when he got introduced to Jackson.so when he first showed up on the scene,he came across as,”the boy next door,a GUYS guy,Star quarter back of the football team,with a plot twist.....he was gay and everyone STILL liked him and didn’t judge him for it.”. (and I think THAT was the ideal image,for anyone who’s lgbt(etc) fell for. that charm,that we could ALL be accepted by our friends/family so unconditionally and EASY. We got to see how EASY it was for him to “come out” and that he didn’t have such a “negative backlash” from it.)

he didn’t let him bring “gay” change his lifestyle(the way he talks/acts.).he was honestly,just genuine,being confident in his own skin....then after getting Twitter/YouTube/IG after a while,he became narcissistic,condescending,etc....basically,he became a “Twitter thot”,the EXACT image you would’ve ASSUMED for him to be,when he first hooked up with Jackson,but was JUST the opposite...now,he’s just a jackass -___-. (Sorry for the long essay,folk.lol)

I think most of us are here,because we fell for “pre-social media” Dylan...and now,we’re just upset,that he fell into the “Hollywood trap”,instead of him monopolizing off of being Jackson’s “new HOT boyfriend”(like how he was advertising his published poem book,etc)and just dipping a TOE,so he can maybe create twitch or YouTube to pay for his schooling. Then after he gets everything paid off and graduates,he would disappear off of social media,and we’d never hear from him again,except for seeing a couple pictures of him with Jackson,and eventually getting married to him.....but nope!he said “forget school,I’m gonna gonna be a YouTuber!”.lol

In fairness my post may have come off as a bit self-rightious but that wasn't my intent. I was just trying to explain why I think some gay guys like him given that those that defend him never really give you a reason why. There's no law that says they have to, I was just curious.

I mean I think Justin Bieber is hot(before the meth bumps Bieber) but I wouldn't defend his shitty ass behavior, he seems to be a major jerk.

David is friends with Dylan, he's complemented Dylan's pictures on SM a lot and has hung out with Dylan on several different occasions. He's not as obvious in his attraction to Dylan as Paul Butcher is but it's their.

He can try and position himself any way he wants, but his own words speak volumes about where his values really lay - for example this video - some of those logical leaps he's making to try and deflect criticism of Trump. Also, it's really fun to watch him try and discuss something with someone who actually knows what he's talking about, and quickly realise he's way out of his depth.

Not to mention him even saying "I kinda liked him as this burn-it-down candidate" - mind you that's the exact kind of stupidity one would expect from an entitled bubble-dwelling kid like Dylan was in 2016.

To some extent he was trying to counterpoint William Legate who is known for mounting campaigns and court cases against Trump.

2016-2017 Dylan couldn't vote and has changed views on things since spending time at Columbia. Still not sure if Dylan has voted yet. Moving around a lot probably meant he wasn't registered or was registered in the wrong place.

That's not even getting into the fact that he hangs out with Trump supporters. Republican yes but some are not Trump supporters. Scaramucci and Co are trying to get Republican support to oppose Trump.
It did make me uncomfortable as I felt Dylan was allowing himself to be used.
We'll see if he does anything else with that group in future.
