He isn't accusing Dylan of being Pedo. He is just exposing a pattern of behavior we have seen before. 16-18 is a grey area.
Chatting to a 15 year old to hookup when he is 16 we have heard before too and is maybe more problematic.

Well, went public with accusations that have no foundation or proof. To date, we’ve yet to see any proof of his supposed allegations.
