The house was rented for the weekend by Dylan’s sugar daddy. Mike was also an item for a while with Jacob Dooley. And the like from Steven Scarduzio (aka Ben Masters), he was Mikes flatmate at the time.

Generally we'd use "roommate" if you're sharing a room and "flatmate" if you're sharing an apartment.
A flat is British for apartment.

No, we cant assume that because we've been here before. Dylan just needs to convince Johnny.

After graduating High School, Dylan made plans to marry his first boyfriend, Grant, when he returned from a visit to his brother in LA. But while in LA he met Jackson, so the marriage was off.

We know this from Grant's poems that he published soon after and because Dylan has referred to Grant as his ex-fiance.

I think they might be silicone ENSO rings. They market them as rings suitable for sportsmen and military personnel.
