It is nearly impossible to have leaked nudes scrubbed from the net, they always pop back up. By removing the tattoo, if they ever leak, claim you were underage and people will be way less inclined to share them. Nobody wants to be associated with kiddie porn.

Case in point, the nudes that have been posted here have been zealously removed because there is a slight possibility they might be jail bait.
