It's the army, man. You go where they tell you, when they tell you, and you do whatever they tell you to do. Your life is not your own.

I believe fort Hood is an artillery and infantry base, so Dylan must be training in one of those areas.

But rather than guessing, we could just ask LaBred1, since he and Dylan are such close personal friends.
