That's not an otter tho, and that 13 Reasons Why Dylan isn't the Dylan we have today, I prefer todays Dylan.

Back then he felt more like a twink to me, but today he is a jock in my opinion, an otter has far more body hair in my experience, they have twinkish faces and very hairy chests and bodies.
