Same. I got the vibe that the serial killer (Rodney) may have been bi? Unless Hollywood was taking some creative liberties….. later in the movie, Dylan (Mario), comes out shirtless in Rodney’s album. So it must have been after the restroom scene?

I think the photoshoot took place before Mario has his first scene in the movie. That's why Rodney and Mario stare at each other in their first scene.
