Do not think I want to serve Ham this Easter so please give Me some great ideas!! 10 to 12 people and can be inside at Dinning Room table or Outdoors!! Thanks!! Bill

Myself was going to smoke 2 - 1/2 boneless pork lion. One just with a dry rub and the other one would be wrapped in bacon..
Asparagus either cooked on the grill or broiled with a little EVOO and Parm cheese.
And some sort of potato?? Haven't decided yet??
And some other goodies too!
