This is a question for straight men and women alike, who are massage therapists. I realize this group is self-selecting to be more open-minded than the populace at large, but I'm still hoping for some good answers.
I can cum from being touched nonsexually, and in many cases I don't even have to be hard for it to happen. It's a different kind of orgasm, very deep and intense. If you've ever had a wet dream (only had a couple in my life!) I think it feels very much like that. But I don't have a great deal of control over it, and it's become a bit of a concern when I get professional massages.
I do not typically get erections when face-up or face-down, during the massage. But when my back, legs, butt, etc are being massaged while face down, the combination of the sensations on my skin and in my muscles sometimes slowly builds the energy in my groin, and the slightest motion of my body is felt and magnified in my penis. 80-90% of the stimulation comes from the growing internal groin energy triggered by the body touching, and the other 10-20% can come sooo easily from any motion of my body that causes my penis to shift it's position in the slightest way, against my body or the massage table.
Because of this, massages - and even pedicures (which usually include a leg massage) - can become occasions of fighting down sexual tension and release, as opposed to occasions of unconcerned enjoyment and relaxation. To solve this I've taken to putting on a condom before going for a pedicure, just in case I ejaculate, but that isn't practical in a professional massage setting. Even with draping, it's entirely possible that a massage therapist will see and notice I'm wearing a condom, which could be interpreted as an attempt by me to sexualize the massage, which is the last thing I'm looking for. I found a gay male massage therapist and explained my predicament to him, and he's very understanding. I've been seeing him now for a year, and I tend to cum about 1/2 the time I see him. We just put down an extra towel underneath my groin when I'm face-down, and don't worry about it.
That works for now, but as with many things, I enjoy variety and would like to try other MTs who use different techniques from time to time. I know LMTs have "seen it all" but I've tried searching for information about LMT training relative to the issues of erections and ejaculation, and haven't found much on what they're taught. This response of mine has come on gradually over the last 10 years - it never used to happen, but it's happening more easily as I continue to get older.
So my questions:

So my questions:
- Does anyone else respond to touch like this?
- Does anyone have suggestions on how to alter this apparently involuntary response?
- Any suggestions on how to broach the topic or handle it if it happens in a professional massage setting with a straight (female or male) therapist?
