Electric penis pump- is it normal to feel slight pain in the beginning? Is it possible the suction sleeve is too tight due to thick girth?

try ditching the sleeve, on the cheap tubes those are pretty crap anyways.

I’ve never been able to use a sleeve since they’ve always caused a degree of discomfort that I do not enjoy. Pull your sac out with your hands… you can always wrap the base with a bandage or some sort of comfortable (but not waterproof) athletic tape if you are concerned with scrotal sac creep.
