Who you’re chatting with is a grossly underpaid chatter ( mostly from India and the Philippines) who relies on commission. They only have certain types of premade pictures and videos on hand. If you request for something they don’t have, they’ll promise they’d do it if you pay a certain amount so they’d get some commission. Now what if the actual OF model doesn’t want to do it or doesn’t have time to do it?

In majority of OF accounts, we’re not dealing with the guys directly. Best to avoid requesting for customs unless you’re sure you’re chatting with the guy himself (you’re better off asking for customs in their instagram or snapchat accounts, greater chance that you’re talking to them directly).

Can’t you complain to OF and ask for a refund? Never tried it but some guys here seemed to have gotten refunds once they filed a complaint.
