ONLY for 3 hours? they keep telling you how they last for 4 hours! Crap,,,so one or two pills does that for a normal person. I chew up and swallow 3 Cialis and get nothing much out of it. Agree, I tried the very very expensive 'BMG' method, where you shoot a needle into your dick and inject some weird chemical to cause erection It felt 'fake', and hurt, too much stuff and it would be up rigid and hurt for many hours. Cut the amount of injection down by half, and it worked OK plus number of shots I had available doubled....But for over 500 bucks back in 2004,,,,that was way too much to pay .

A lot of things can cause it. Yes, age I believe is a big reason. But also, other medication you may take. Venous leakage, underling med condition etc. Best to see you Dr. There are a lot of things out that can help for awhile. But I think over time most of them quite working. I had the problem of being able to get an erection but not keeping it for more than a min or so. I finally got an implant and now I can have one anytime and for however long I want. An implant IS a last resort and you cant undo it and go back to before. Their no perfect but they work and work great. I wish I had gotten mine as soon as ED started to effect me.

Has anyone tried the Gainswave technology that I hear ads on the radio. I have seen a few You Tube reviews and seen a couple websites. Apparently without surgery and without drugs there is hope for ED. The term "shockwave" is used but I don't think it's electrical shocks it's acoustic sound waves.

To add to the confusion I think there is also an actual electrical 'shock' wave treatment for ED but the Grainswave is not the same one.
