When i was 16 or so I was being examined by a very sexy young female doctor and got an erection. She said i shouldnt be embarressed about it, as my penis was "developing very nicley". She then commented that it was unusual for a penis of my size ( iam 8.5 inches long, 5.5 inches around, uncut ) to get erect so quickly and have such strong and hard erections. Yes mine varies quite a bit as well. If I'm tired or stroking myself then I usually don't get quite fully erect. But if I have lots of energy, or if a woman does the stroking, then I can and do get fully hard. There's a definite difference in hardness for sure.
