I think the "uniqueness" is just a result of angles and what he wears. He probably looks a normal, muscular guy with a big butt in person, but in his IG pics, he's in all these poses and wears tight clothes to accentuate his ass. You can also tell by looking at the few pics of him staring straight on that his body shape is pretty standard.
I saw him around weho in summer 2018. His ass looked unreal, just like the pics.
I definitely agree that angles and poses accentuate it somewhat, like for every Instagay. But Ericsson definitely has a very unique body shape. He's thicc as fuck and curvy.
