Dude I’m sorry but there is NO way that the guy he calls his brother is actually his brother??? They don’t look even remotely similar, like they seem to be of completey different ancestries. Also, I know it wouldn’t be completely crazy for someone to do, but really- how many people do you know who have moved from the US to Europe with their sibling. And he presumably lives with him as well, seeing as he’s sometimes just in his house doing something separate from him. In some videos where he’s out shopping his “brother” is with him as well. Idk. Obviously no one can know for sure but my theory is that he wasn’t/isn’t ready to come out publicly for anyone in the world to see, but didn’t want to have to hide his husband/boyfriend.

Could be his half brother, adopted brother, maybe even step-brother. Ethan could be a redhead when his brother and father aren't. There's a ton of reasons why brothers don't look alike. Mine looks nothing like me
