I’d say since Ethan has mentioned many times that he’s smaller than average he’d be around 4-4.5 inches. Grayson whenever comparing says that he’s a lil bigger, like even when they were checking if they were identical twins in that one video, they were comparing sausages and gray said that his is a bit bigger so I’d say he’s around the global avg 5.5-6 inches.
