Both benefited equally from whatever decisions mark made. I understand their videos do still require work, but neither one of three has truly had to work since YouTube. People really should stop throwing around terms like "used for content," "exploited," and "manipulated".
The mere act of featuring your BF in your videos doesn't meet that level, and again not even Ethan has come forward with specific actions Mark took that he feels were wrong.
When Anthony Padilla broke up with his GF and he said she was manipulative, he gave examples that were at least plausible//believable. If Ethan wants to make a post with some details fine, otherwise he's going to come across as just looking for attention/sympathy.
No one on here knows what their relationship was like when the camera was off and in between edits. I hope for both their sake's it was happy and enjoyable for the most part until it ended.

i like when Ethan wants to make a serious announcement type video, he films it out in the woods or on the farm, as if the setting gives a sense of realness and authenticity to what he has to say. You don’t need a gnat flying around your face or a cow walking by to tell the world you’re quitting YouTube because no one watches your boring videos and you make more money sucking dick.
