I think he does a good job with pricing so that people are unlikely to buy just to share/trade with others. And with simple OF content there aren't high production costs. Only a few people need to pay for something to be worth it on top of monthly subs.
but on the other hand, the content itself isn't entirely great. I paid for the BJ video and yes I didn't want to share but also I didn't think it was worth the $100. and if it's priced exponentially higher, I'm probably not going to pay for the next one especially with how fast I saw the video go up on here.

I agree with that, which is why he tries to get stuff pulled so fast. But again, he only needs a few to buy each for them to be worth it. If he prices himself out he will notice fast. I honestly don't think his content is quality enough to warrant what he's charging but I think he's banking on his residual youtuber appeal. I can think of a few YouTubers who I watch whose OFs I would subscribe too. But eventually the novelty of it wears off.
oh yeah, totally agreed. I think it's a good tactic for now but in the long run, not a sustainable way to maintain your subscribers.

You're not the intended target to buy the content though, much like micro transactions in a video game they don't need EVERYONE to pay.

Video games don't lock entire sections of the game down behind a hundred dollars lol. It's one thing to pay 20 bucks for some armor or a DLC, as far as I can tell from Ethan, you pay a base fee of 15 dollars which I assume gets you access to artsy nude photos and anything interesting like the cum and stuff is dm only, now if he is cumming and stuff in the base fee and only sex is in the dm's that's a little bit of a different story but the price is still crazy.

If Ethan really wants to kick his videos up a notch he should get Mark to come and film while he fucks around with guys. Mark has a great cinematography skills and obviously know the subject of Ethan’s body well. Mark could become one of the big videographers for Midwest OF content creators.
