Well I’m not, I’m realistic if someone I don’t even know dies why should I be affected or why should I care, I don’t expect them to care if I die or someone in my family dies

If it disturbs you to see Ethan living his life and hanging out with his friends, I’d politely suggest you don’t look. It’s not his job...or my job...or anyone else’s to keep YOU safe. That’s our own individual responsibility. There’s quite a few models who have political viewpoints that I don’t agree with, for example. And I don’t rant about it here. I pay attention to them because they’re attractive to me, not because I agree with everything they do or believe in. Don’t clog up a thread with your virtue signaling.

People are dying because they don’t protect themselves and take risks. It is not my or anyone else’s job to keep you safe. The majority of adults in the US are obese and in horrible health. That puts them at risk.

I was with you until that last line. If you sincerely think that about people in your life I hope they return the negative sentiment, because what you said is awful. I do think distancing is important, but what started as 2 weeks has led to an over 6 month fear campaign. A disease with such a low mortality rate isn’t worth crashing the world around us. Protect those who need protecting, and take less precautionary measures with those who are mostl likely fine
People are dying because people like you think you’re being oppressed by safety measures and you keep crying about it as being the worst thing to happen to anyone. A healthy 20 year old should not be dying from a disease whose spread could be prevented by people taking proper precautions but no. You people have to be too weak willed to wear a mask. Dude I get what you're trying to say because every time I watch the news I always see someone I don't know die from Murder, a Tragic Accident, or from a Illness they couldn't beat and I won't feel really bad about it because I don't know who they are and I would continue with our everyday life. When Cameron Boyce died last year from epilepsy I actually felt really sad because he was really young (20 years old) and I grow up watching him both on TV and Film. So what I'm trying to say is even we don't know who the person is regardless famous or not famous we will feel something and that I really hope Ethan Wacker get through Covid because he's really nice smart guy and has a bright future ahead of him.
