NO USA state will ever legalize this. And with good reason.
I'm curious as to why you think it's a bad idea. I would hope that if the day arrives where the quality of my life was too much to bear, that I would be able to find help to bring my suffering to an end. I can tell you, as a nurse who worked in oncology at a major hospital, unofficial "euthanasia" is something that goes on with more frequency than you would expect. In Oregon? Well that's news to me. I think that's a WAY bad idea.
I'll report my ideas and thots later tnite. I have to run out but didn't want anyone to think I was avoiding the issue. I have a few good ideas I think. be back later! This is a hot button issue.I'm curious as to why you think it's a bad idea. I'm pro-euthanasia.
You have to wonder about the kind of suffering a person is going through to ask (or even beg) for death.
:frown1: It's depressing, really. They don't do that any more. We put them into a drug-induced coma so we can't hear their screaming and pleas. It's much more pleasant for us that way.
. i SWEAR I'm not republican.....
