My solution is simple. First, being of generation not feeling the need to fidget with a phone all the time and finding anything less than a full size keyboard awkward, I very infrequently text on send anything on my phone. Second is the fact I do not store any nude or sexual pictures or videos on my phone. I've lost phones in the past and are too worried about it either happening again or having a friend or family member borrow or use it to keep anything incriminating on it.

How does that happen?

If you are sending something to someone but you get another text at the same time and your finger moves to the next text. My neighbor sent me a bra pic that way once. She was about to send it to her bf, but I texted her at the exact moment and that was the text she ended up in. She didn't double check the name at the top first. She wasn't drunk or anything. She said "It's a good thing that I didn't send what I was going to send next!" I was sort of bummed she didn't.
