As I said in the Pumping Muscle thread, I sometimes think about what kind of life decisions you're making when you are doing what they did for money. Maybe less so now in the age of OF/JFF but 10-15 years ago having been "famous" for this could impact future life/career choices.

I'll just say this... I worked in fitness, and we actually had conversations with athletes about the size, frequency, and consistency of their turds. Without getting into detail, it sounds like Benji's doing something right.
As for why he's doing it? All that food and supplements cost. And as I said in a prior comment, once you've embarked on something like this, it might limit you a bit (although we've also heard of some of these guys becoming attorneys and other things, so who knows)

Um...not gonna lie, I squinted through the video that pic above was taken from and all I can say is Benji looks like he's giving birth to a baby. Lmao. It's...just kind of fascinating to me even though I know it shouldn't be. Like his hole had to go full powerbottom wide just to relieve himself.
Yeah, doctaytay did a couple of those too. Not my thing but different strokes for different folks. Must pay well I suppose.
