So I'm looking to add a little girth, but I don't want to add much length. I know you can't really do one without the other, but could anyone suggest a good girt workout routine?
 
For beginners, the jelq would be best. If you want to focus on girth, do your jelqs with a slightly higher erection level (about 70-80%), and use a lot of lube.
 
I would love to add some girth to the base of my cock. It seems that I have uneven girth between the base and the main shaft. Is jelqing the right exercise to fix that?

For base girth, multidirectional stretching or "reverse" jelqs (especially with a cock ring are the ticket.
