Does anyone here wear extra small size ? If so can they recommend a brand that does a good one. All my briefs my nuts just fall out and I spend most my day readjusting.

Check out “Wish” there in Asian market, just go to “find” and type “men’s underwear” I bought few pairs from them but I didn’t realize the their M is different in Asia the are here in the US. I should order XL I’m a us M .. check them out hopefully you find something you like

I certainly will. I find XS western sizes in one or two brands fit my waist.

Yeah I can actually wear a size 10 my waist is so ridiculously small. However no way can I fit my package anywhere near that. Even xtra small is excruciating

Often I don't and then it's like a baby elephant trunk swinging around. Normally extra small or small men's have to suffice but I find my cock creates a huge gap and my balls then fall out. Or they're miles too big in the waist. I've tried boxer briefs but they don't tend to keep my cock in place.

I wear boxer briefs as well. My dick hangs out the bottom of them, but I am just used to that and don't think anything of that. I lived in Auckland for a couple of years. Still have very fond memories of NZ. Too bad you don't have much of an Asian population. Fortunately in San Francisco, there is a pretty large asian community, so there are some stores that carry extra small sizes. A lot of them have smaller builds. My partner has found a few of those places, and they seem to work for him. Maybe you should come and visit. We can go underwear shopping together.

market street ...my issue is the apposite, I have a small waist not to small I can wear small or medium depends of the brand, but I need a large pouch, that is why I like Obviously, and Andrew Christian .. CK body hip briefs have a dissent pouch but the cotton can stretch enormously so I love those too, some 2(x)it’s have that capability too.
