First time ever I've started to get random patches of ezcema.

It started on my lower leg, then under armpit, then side of torso and no my cock!

Lovely images for you all to look at.

Any advice would be appreciated, diet is pretty clean and nothing has changed over the past few months in terms of laundry detergent, clothing etc.

There are many over the counter lotions geared toward Ezcema therapy. I get it intermittently on my upper arms, torso. It is icky.

I am sure there are prescription strength lotions too. Consult with a dermatologist. Don't put off scheduling visit....Ezcema is too uncomfortable to deal with.

Is there increased stress, or constant stress in your life that you find difficult to control/deal with? Have you recently developed hay fever or asthma?

Stress is always a problem and I have very bad digestion as well. Hay fever season has just started in the UK so it could be that too?

Damn! I ain’t never had it on my cock or balls before. I know that has to hurt. You may need to go to the doctor. And get a prescription for an extra strength cream. I think it’s Cortisone. I got eczema once on my feet so bad, that I couldn’t hardly walk. Found out that I was allergic to Gortex or that synthetic crap they make tennis shoes out of.
You might also up your vitamins Your immune system may be lacking.
I hope that clears up soon.

I'm starting to eat oysters again which are packed of nutrition (zinc) for skin. I eat quite healthy already, good quality milk, fresh fruit, some salad, coconut oil, low PUFA. I'm going to start drinking Kefir too, probiotics have almost ran out.

Just hope it doesn't get worse, especially on my cock. No pain though thank fuck.

These are among the triggers that seem to affect those afflicted. There's a lot of info online about eczema, and there are some new and recent treatments. Definitely worth a dermatology consult.

Even if it doesn't help the eczema, getting help with your stress is also well worth the effort. There's no shame in therapy. It can really improve your life. Don't wait until you have panic/anxiety attacks.

Bud, I don't want to break it to you, but until proven otherwise, that isn't eczema, that's Herpes Simplex. Please call your doctor! It's probably too late to treat this outbreak, but there will be others. I can't comment on your other lesions without a picture.

I need to read up but isnt' this a person to person problem i.e transmitted? I haven't been with anyone for months so I'm good there!

I've booked an online consultation with a Doctor including photographs of all the eczema patches. I'm 99% sure it's not herpes but I don't want to pin my hopes on some eczema cream if it could be something else.

So the online Doctor said they can't help me, but there are other available. My (NHS) Doctor is completely useless and whenever I've gone in before he just googled my problems and gave me the first pill that came up.

It's getting worse though :(. My dick has slightly different skin problems as the rest of my body. Where the hell are my balls in this photo?!IMG_0585.jpg

I'm not sure how the NHS sorks, but are you able to just call a doctor and make an appointment? If your primary doctor is not of any help, can you find another one or go to a dermatologist that only deals with skin issues?

In theory yes, we can book an appointment and we see the general practitioner. If they are of no help, it usually takes 3-4 more appointments over several months before they bother to do anything about it.

Hope you're right and I'm wrong, but you could have been infected years ago and this is your first outbreak. Again, it needs to be looked at professionally. But the picture you posted is text book Herpes.
So sorry but like the other guy said... that' herpes:/
On his lower leg, armpit and upper torso?

The penile lesions are classic. They seem to be in the process of scabbing over. First outbreak tends to last 3 weeks. Can't comment on the other lesions. Again, nothing compares to actually looking at a skin lesion, then biopsy if necessary. Reality is, it doesn't matter what this poor soul has, he needs to be seen by a DOCTOR! And not 6 months from now.
