I think there's a distinction between some one (male or fermale) who fakes to deceive on an ongoing basis and someone who gives all the signs of coming (and may be trying to orgasm) but may not actually do so (and does not make a big deal about whether or not they came, but gets into the passion with exclamatory noises nonetheless). Let me give an example here from the male perspective.
When I was 17 -- no problem orgasming with ejaculate 4 times in 2 hours
(and not screwing particularly well, but that's another story). I could have maybe 6 or 7 orgasms like that say over a 5 or 6 hour period. If I tried for another, I'd likely be shooting blanks but otherwise it would feel like an orgasm for me. And beyond that, I may still be able to get hard enough for screwing but not orgasm at all 'till I recuperated.
Fast forward to my early thirties -- By then I'd learned to last longer, screw better, and time my orgasms with my partners' 99% of the time, if they were able to climax through penetration. I remember a session where a new gf was really getting into it .. we came together the first 2 times, with her giving me the signal both times. She wasn't getting sore and just wanted to keep going. She'd never experienced simultaneous orgasms like that with previous partners, and was having a ball. On times number three and four, I knew that if I ejaculated, that would likely be me done for a while .. she was "on a roll" [no pun intended] I didn't want to stop and negotiate strategy .. so when she told me those times she was about to come, I behaved in a similar way to times one and two, holding her more tightly, picking up the pace ever so slightly, and making some noise (but not actually screaming arggh: I'm coming). She had an appointment to go to, but we had enough time to do it a fifth time, and on that final time I did ejaculate and actually come with her.
After that session, our onging lovemaking was usually one or two big o's together per session, which I could handle ok. I never felt bad about the 5-time session, and she never knew the difference. Was that deceitful faking?
Too bad. LOL
It's not easy to fake at all for a guy(I am pretty sure) and most guys I know can finish fast enough to not bother even if they did feel the lnclination. I can't say I've ever felt the need to *shrugs*
