Apparently I ate all the pies, lol.
Has anyone else checked the scales since Christmas, seems I've put on two kilos.
My boyfriend is gonna kill me. :-(
Has anyone else ended up seasonally festively plump?
Confess!

I never weigh myself. If my pants fit I'm good. I can say that when I do get my weight checked at the doctors I'm anywhere from 194-198.
Ummmmmm CG, so you come to florida and not even a fucking hello. Damn You!!!!!!!
SME, wtf is razzleberry????
Well, this is going to piss you and plenty of others off, but....
I have always had a very low opinion regarding my body. Growing up, I was so skinny that many times, names such as "String Bean, Spaghetti Arms, etc" were hurled at me. I have always seen myself as too skinny and have a very difficult time putting on weight. :frown1:
I've worked out for many years, but consistency wasn't my strong point. When Alpha moved here, we started working out 3-4 days a week.
For the past 2 months, we've been on a new program.
We've already been lifting hard and consistently for the past 3 years, but now besides that, my day consists of constantly eating high protein , high caloric meals, including 3 protein shakes a day. Vitamins and supplements included of course. In the past 2 months, I was finally able to put on about 8lbs.
Well, last week we went to Florida for Christmas. We took a break from the gym. No vitamins and supplements, no protein shakes, and no lifting. We decided it was going to be a "cheat week", and we ate like gluttons, including lots of junk food.
When I got on the scale Monday morning, I found that I had lost 6 of the 8lbs that it took months to put on :frown1:
