I know it’s said that you can’t do targeted fat loss on a body part and I’ve lost a lot of weight and quite a bit more to go. Other than surgery, has anyone tried anything to make the fat pad smaller. I know when I push it back my penis looks a lot bigger. Not a problem if a lady is grinding on top but I want more to show.

I’ve experienced the same thing back in my 30’s when I dropped 95 lbs. Unfortunately, my fat pad didn’t shrink much till I got close to my goal weight for my height. But the good news is that it did eventually disappear and my cock looked a couple of inches bigger.

But there is something you can do in the meantime. While you can’t target that area for fat loss, you can target it for muscle work. Tightening up the abs can really help making that whole area look better. Good luck with your journey to a slimmer body!

I lost 100lbs over the last two years and it does improve over time. I used to be able to grab a melon-size amount of fat right there and now it's less than about a golf ball size. Still not done losing weight, but it has improved. I am trying to go all the way to OF model flat belly from being around 300+lbs. We'll see if I can get there. Definitely the more core and ab exercises you can do the better. They improve slowly. It takes a couple months of consistently doing crunches, leg lifts or planks a couple times a week to get better at them. There are also definitely medications that can help. I lost the first 60+lbs just tracking food, weighing myself and doing a rowing machine every day. But last summer started TRT. It made a huge difference in my body composition and appearance fixing the hormones. All of the fat around the belly, lower back, inner legs, etc. that comes with getting older was reduced and continues to improve. There are also peptides and research chemicals bodybuilders use to get faster and more dramatic fat loss and muscle growth. Some of those are now FDA approved, so they can be prescribed safely and legally. Family doctors usually aren't very educated about all this, so the online men's health telemedicine clinics can be better in that case. I would say not to try to go too hard too fast though. That seems to be one of the ways people end up with the very loose skin problem. As long as you don't lose more than about 12-15lbs max per month though, it seems to be slow enough for the skin to tighten back up little by little. At least has been for me.

Thanks for the educated reply! Gives me encouragement!
