Fat Pads

I know that chubby guys usually have a fat pad above the base of their penis. Personally, I have never had a fat pad to speak of, but I have noticed that some slender guys do have them. I had never given a thought about this until I saw this guy in the shower at the gym. He was slender and had a great 6-pack. Above his fairly large flaccid penis, he had a fat pad that no onlooker could ignore. I couldn't help but wonder what he would look like in tight Speedos.

I think its not just like the chubby men i think maybe some penis's just are a bit more into the groin or sumtin cuz im not chubby and i sorta have sumtin like dat

All guys have a fat pad i think. right now, i'm 140 pounds and i have one. 8 months ago when i had pneumonia and dropped to 110 pounds it was still there. i dunno why they're there, but it ain't doing me no harm
