Hey, I am uncut.

My frenulum is very tight, and I can't pull the foreskin past the head without hurting.

Does the frenulum tear when you have sex or masturbate? Or is it supposed to be there forever?

It sounds like you have a condition called frenulum breve. The frenulum might tear during sex in your case, but that is not something you really want since it will hurt, will likely cause scarring and once healed it might retighten again if it reattaches itself to where it tore from as part of the healing process. In addition, sex will likely be uncomfortable for a few days after and you also risk getting an infection as well, as an open wound on your penis is not something you really want. If it is just the frenulum that is tight, you could get a surgery called frenuloplasty to remove the tighter bits and lengthen the frenulum. You can also get circumcised, which might be indicated if your foreskin is also tight and it’s not just the frenulum that is causing you discomfort. I would never remove my foreskin without medical indication. Because with foreskin Masturbieren leaves itself nevertheless much better, because one has as it were a Vagina available always. With cleanliness I have also no problem, because I wash the Glans (acorn) with withdrawn foreskin, twice on the day and after use (Masturbation, GV). To dam in the prueden USA cutting often accomplished around the Masturbation. Praeputii to remove I can only recommend the Frenulum. The advantages are: 1. The foreskin can be pulled further to the rear, thus a larger stroke is possible with the Masturbation and the foreskin is more mobile. 2. The Penis looks better, since the foreskin can be pulled nearly foldless to the rear. 3. The Penis leaves itself much better sow-keeps. I departed and am very content the Frenulum many years ago thereby.
