I ADORE Ricky and want him to mary me!! I liked the show to start- plenty of underwear and bulge in the first episode or two, but then by the time Nicole from the Pussycat Dolla came on I was like "what are they even doing and who are they performing for?". There's no dick and no ass. It was a let down and felt like one big ad for the Magic Mike show. They could've pushed the nudity further on HBO, but they didn't and I stopped watching towards the end.

There's no nudity in the movies besides butts in thongs... why would there be nudity in the reality show? And of course it's an ad for the live show...it's a show about the live show.

i think it's largely because the actual live show is more about choreo and showmanship than it is about stripping. you'd have to go to a more seedy kind of spot to see real strippers. so even if HBO wanted to be more titillating this Chippendales-style show wouldn't be the vehicle for that.

that said the two finalists are fucking gorgeous no matter what they have on.
