So I have been having a problem with my sexual health and overall body fatigue. This has occurred over the last 6 months.I went to a urologist who showed that my prolactin was higher and my testosterone was a 270 on a 1080 scale. One of the biggest problems has been with erections they are flimsy to non existant. I then went to a endocrinologist who checked all the other stuff and came back with nothing.Due to my age being only 21 I feel as if I was dismissed and she asked to see me back in 4months. Please give suggestions or possibilities?!

The only way to raise you T- levels is through testosterone injections. Your urologist should be able to give these to you. If not, find a hormone replacement therapy facility that will help you.

Hows your sleep, diet, and although you look healthy, what's your lifestyle like? What's the cause to your overall body fatigue?

Maybe give up on porn and sex/masturbation for a while.

Slight changes in nutrition, and exercise, can make a big difference.

T injections may cause rebound effects in the long run. I agree that it is supposed to be given as last resort for some levels of cases.

For the time being try to have a healthy lifestyle and stay away from stress. Then go back to your specialist. The key here is to never self diagnose and medicate.

Call the doctor back and tell her what you told us. Seek a second opinion.
Your overall fatigue should be your greater concern. Softer errections should be noted as one symptom you have noticed.
