Nah. It's to do with his mental health. He's on the spectrum and social media can be horrible if you're on the spectrum.

He used to work as a naked butler for hen parties, one of their top, most requested guys. He would have needed top notch social skills for something like that. No matter how beautiful you are, if you don't have the skills to flirt and schmooze with the ladies, you won't get any tips. So, IDK, doesn't sound like he's on the spectrum to me.
