Do you remember the wording on any of his tweets by chance? Just search for a caption he has posted before if you can recall any. You can either search on X itself or you can search it on google. Everything posted on X/Twitter is visible with google too

I love that people are pitching in and trying to help OP remember this guy, but I think we also have to keep in mind the very real possibility that he might have changed or even deleted his account since then.
