Well y’all do have to realize his face was fucked up as a teen…like really fucked to the point where his face was hard to look or to make eye contact with him. And even tho the acne left some marks on his face (specifically his cheeks) his skin looks completely different and better

That is totally the reason.
The journey this boy/man has been on is beyond incredible.
He seems like genially a good person and he has sculpted his body to a masterpiece.
I have never seen acne like he had and just to imagine going through that as a teenager is beyond imaginable. I don't think I would have survived that.
But he will carry those scars for life.

That’s actually a very emotional transformation wow ! Even just in those stills my heart breaks for him. Cystic acne is legitimately a punishment I’m sure I feel so bad for people who struggle with it. Look at him now, he’s an Adonis ! Good for him. ( unless I find out he homophobic or something then he can choke.)
