For the cut guys, has your skin gotten looser as you get older and sometimes looks like you're uncut?

I'm 54, and newly into guy fun after my divorce. I'm a little over 7" cut when hard, and 6.5" around.

Around when I turned 50, I started noticing that the skin on my shaft seemed to be "stretched" more than before, and when I'm soft it sometimes comes down over my dick head, and sometimes looks like I'm uncut. As soon as I pull the skin back it stays there behind my head. It doesn't happen all the time, but I've noticed it does keep happening.

I asked my doc about it, and after he examined my penis he said everything looks fine, and asked me about my size when hard. He suggested that because of my girth, and how much thicker I get when hard compared to when soft, that the skin may just be stretching as I get older. As we were talking about my penis while I sat there naked in front of him, I got fully erect. He was watching me grow, and commented that I definitely got much thicker than average, and that he was more certain that it's just stretched over time as I got older. It was kind of a rush having a full hard on in front of this 40s something doc. I wish he had offered to compare with me and let me see his growth from soft to hard and compare girth lol.

My circ scar is tight, and this was never an issue when I was younger.

I was just curious if anyone else noticed this as they got older.

Yeah, my head is halfway to fully covered when soft. Lots of vacuum pumping and years of edging and jerking off have stretched my skin, but that was always one of my goals. I never wanted to look uncut, but I like some skin.

Thanks for the reply - appreciate hearing it is the same with you. I've asked a couple of my buddies about it and they told me it hasn't happened to them, but they were quick to say they aren't as thick as me. I also have been masturbating a lot more just before and after my divorce, so maybe that's part of it too!

Have experienced exactly the same occurrence ....... and to the point where it can look like I am not even cut at all !! ( like George Kastanza on a Seinfeld episode, shrinkage, cold water - lol )

I went to 2 doctors for a re-circ and they suggested not doing a re-circ, It is frustrating because sometimes I can feel the extra skin going over my glans, like when I was uncut until 19 y.o. and that sensation was one of the factors in making my decision to get cut.

However, I wear a polished glans ring, 10 cm wide x 20 mm opening and it nicely holds the skin back. I ordered it from Ballistic Metal in CA (?)

Suggest you try that. It may take a couple of rings until you get the right opening size. 20 mm is the smallest; My penis, glands and shaft are neither huge but not tiny either; suffice to say just below average. Maybe that will help as a starting point.

Same here. I also think another contributing factor is circumcision style. I have a loose circumcision so there has always been a lot of skin behind the head. I remember even as a kid I could easily pull the skin over the head. However as I’ve gotten older it does it on its own at times. My best friend, who is 50 also, said that it was starting to do that to him and asked if it happened to me also. My guess is those with tight circumcisions don’t experience it.

I can feel when it happens but it doesn’t bother me as much as it did when it first started happening. Then, I had to immediately pull the skin off the head because it felt so weird. I still don’t like the feeling but I tolerate it more now.

It does bother me, probably because I don't really like the look of an uncircumsized penis lol. I wouldn't want anyone to think I'm uncut lol.

just the opposite, I was getting tighter. I started stretching because erections were getting uncomfortably tight. Stretched on & off for two years, now usually not but sometimes I'll get skin over 1/2 the glans. I'd lost over an inch in length but got it back after stretching - the tight skin was limiting my erection length - LOL. The newfound shaft skin mobility is really a nice upgrade.

I have a high and tight cut which was done when I was an infant. Can't say I've noticed any difference in mine, the skin remains tight and the glans is always exposed. Only when I'm cold does the shaft skin bunch up, but it doesn't cover the glans at all.

I'm the same as i got older the more of my skin would cover my head, I've been asked if I'm cut or not a few times. My skin bunches up around me head when soft.

I think you had a tight cut. Interesting your skin has stretched. I wish mine had when I was younger.

I had a tight infant circumcision. A while ago I tried stretching, foreskin restoration. I got some skin growth although you wouldn't know it by looking at me. My erections became a lot more comfortable. My skin slides on my shaft. The really interesting bit is my erections changed from curving down to a slight upward curve. I'm really annoyed I was cut.

Gaining or losing weight may influence the tightness of your circumcision as well. You gain and lose weight everywhere on your body, and this includes the fat pad above your dick. So an increasing fat pad will push the skin above your dick outwards which would lead to looser penile skin. The same principle would apply when the fat pad decreases as you lose weight, revealing more of your dick while the amount of penile skin stays the same. This would lead to a tighter feeling.
