As many others have said, average to smaller guys likely don't use two hands because they really can't use two hands. When masturbating I've used one hand or the other, or alternated hands, the vast majority of the time. If I want to extend my stroking time I don't use two hands and the stimulation can be too much.

I've used two hands when I want to feel the most stimulation, like it would feel inside a pussy.
