Froy (teen wolf)

The pictures of them walking in Venice were when most people first saw them them together, but how long DID they knew each other before that? They could have dated in the past or might have known each other casually.

Froy did have his own place, in a way, but he didn't live alone, he lived with other guys.
But they didn't. Richard was in London doing Eternals and most of that prior year had another boyfriend and before that had a girlfriend for 18 months. There is simply nothing to suggest they didn't meet when they followed each other.

I imagine Froy must laugh at this and any other embarrassing stories his mother-in-law tells him about Richard haha.

I'm just speculating here, but maybe that's why Brandon and Richard ended things on such bad terms

They were first seen together about two or three weeks after Richard came back from filming Eternals in England and Richard was still dating Brandon when filming started on that (and Richard & Brandon were dating when Richard first moved to America to live with Brandon) until they broke up while the movie was filming, so chances are it wasn't preexisting (as there's no point prior to 2020 in which anything could have happened between them) and 99% likely only started once Richard finished that movie and got back to Los Angeles.

I'm sure you guys are right in your timelines, but a lot more things are sometimes possible than we realize. For instance why do you assume all Richard's (or anyone else's) relationships have been monogamous? Also how do you know Froy didn't meet Richard earlier when he was in England on conventions?

As I mentioned one time, Froy belongs to the same club for industry pros that Richard and his friends were known to frequent in London, there are branches in LA, London and New York. Froy could have met Richard there - in London or LA. Or they could have hooked up online. They could have hooked up any time. Not that it's "likely" but none of us know.

Anyway I wouldn't ask someone to live with me in lockdown that I hardly know. If things didn't work out, then what?

Agreed. I suppose there’s always a

I doubt that very much. If you go by the multitude of songs and Instagram likes/posts Brandon was sharing around the time of their split (and several months before that, even), Brandon had a problem with Richard not being out.

I mean if you want to write fanfic that's fine but there's no evidence that froy was the problem. In fact if froy was the reason I think Brandon would have immediately unfollowed froy, he unfollowed froy when he found out about them except he waited like a year.

I mean speculating is fun but I like there to be some shred of evidence that suggests something and not just make something up because it's exciting to guess at. That's just me, if other people want to ok but it's a little mean spirited to always assume as many people do that Richard is somehow some terrible villain.

Brandon started clearly having some sort of issue way back when they 1st separated for work. And it only got worse and based on various evidence they never saw each other again after September of 2019 so it is very unlikely that froy was some problem.

Because people at the time figured out that when Froy was at his conventions Richard wasn't in England, he was in the Canary islands which is not close to anywhere Froy was.

Like I said above there is not a shred of evidence that even hints at that so it just seems like a strange leap of logic because you want to believe that they didn't just meet in February, maybe they met online and started talking that way. So maybe they didn't physically meet but knew each other if that makes you feel better than them just meeting in February. They really couldn't have hooked up any time.

Most people wouldn't do that but they did and it worked out for them if it didn't work out I guess Froy could have hopped in his car and driven to Dallas, it's not like he was a prisoner even during full lockdown. A great many of these people would never do are things that are solved by having disposable money which they both separately do.

That should say things people would never do are solved by money.

I get that a lot of people weren't paying close attention to Richard when they met but some of us were following Richard closely for years as his fan and know that it's super unlikely that they met before Richard returned to LA after he wrapped eternals.

It's not a question of my belief or what makes me feel better. I just think because suddenly pictures of them appeared it doesn't mean they met that very week. Wasn't Richard in LA when he lived with Brandon, and wasn't Froy there, also? Your rigid timeline doesn't allow for the possibilty they may have met at somebody's house or at a party, or at Soho House? Maybe they even had a platonic friendship for a while. None of us know these people.

No you're 100% right! It was a dumb comment of mine, I didn't think people would take it too seriously lmao
