Everything I've read so far suggests that he might have hooked up with a few different adult women. And knew that Ryan was hooking up with fans. But a huge chunk of a fan base is adults

TLDR; Geoff and Griffon's relationship was on the rocks long before they officially separated and they took steps to try and keep their relationship together, one of the last attempts was opening up their relationship. They consulted therapists and were both extremely open with one another and in that time Geoff did flirt with/date other people, some who were in the community, However, this stopped a long time ago and after the initial trying, he stopped dating/flirting with anyone who may be in the community.

It's also of note that the individual who came forward about Geoff and made the claims has changed their story once Geoff released this statement, so now their story aligns more with what Geoff's made public (and afaik, has also recanted any claims that Geoff knew what Ryan was doing, or at the least that he did know but didn't know the extent to what Ryan was doing (aka he knew he was cheating/sleeping with fans, but thats it))

What Geoff did doesn't seem remotely similar to what Ryan did. He dated people who were fans because he didn't want to do tinder and shit. He was unsure and unconfident how to restart dating. Let's not lose the fact that these people are humans lmao.

You sure need to catch up. He wasn't catfished, he was actively preying on younger fans with mental health issues. He would start sexually charged conversations that then would evolve into actual sexual encounters. He went after virgins, he told them all how his wife didn't like sexual intimacy and how unhappy he was because of that, he enjoyed the idea of the girls being younger than him (he kept calling himself "daddy"), lots of accounts of him removing the condom halfway through sex, the sex was rough, he would choke some of the girls without their consent, plus a bunch of other creepy stuff.

Ah yes... The people closest to him have written him off because of several accounts and information to back them up. But you good sir need evidence. Cold hard Evidence.
