Fur babies

This is my lizard buddy Smaug the leopard gecko. When I moved from one state to another so my sweetie and I could stop being long distance I had a friend adopt Smaug. Lil dude got stressed out just from having his terrarium cleaned or when I moved the terrarium to a slightly different part of the exact same room. I didn't want to traumatize him with moving between states. My friend sends me regular updates and photos, though! I miss the lil dude.

Ahhhh so cute! What did Grady think of the snow?

It didn't even faze him lol. It is brutally cold here but that little stinker wants to be outside sniffing and running around. My 50 yr old self is bundled up in a million layers freezing my ass off and he's just chillin lol.

My dogger was constipated this morning and distressed (rightfully so). Luckily he passed it and he's much better now, but it was kind of a wake-up call. He's going to be 13 next month and his body isn't what it used to be. Not sure who was more emotional this morning, me or him!

Another pic. These are Jackson, pictured earlier, and Ivan, who died in 2015 at the age of sixteen.

cheers to people letting doggos on the couch.

@Enid - Orange kittehs are the best kittehs. I have a bode orange kitteh named Weasy.

I love his orange ass! He's a sweety but a terror. He came to me a lil over a year ago. He was caught under a friend's car as a kitten.

He is now like 4 feet long and 20 something pounds.

Ari (the grey and white) just marched right in a few years ago, while I was taking out trash. She was neighbor's cat and I guess they moved and left her.

She's a lover. Like loves the bellyrubs

Bobcat Marley he loves to lick and knead and drool.

I feel compelled to share the least flattering pic I've ever taken of him... Simply because it's too effin cute for life... Prepare for serious DERP-age in 3, 2, 1... (I woke him from a nap, and this was the face I was greeted with)
My poor old puss used to look like that when he was stoned , and , no , i did not force him ., or lead him to it , he just turned up whenever I was having a puff . He would then go and " sack out " next to the pillows on my bed .

Hey, if you don't want dog hair on your clothes, stay the fuck off the furniture!

Not all dogs shed. My ex who I still love, has a few dogs. four Miniature Pinschers, A Border Collie and a Whippet. The Miniature Pinschers are very protective, a bit yappy but very loving. Monty the Border Collie is always looking at me, he knows I am a sucker and will feed him. The Whippet Omar jumps on the bed and pushes my laptop away and puts his head in my lap. I miss those dogs.

I can't have animals, I am too selfish, and can't look after them.

Thank you for not being one of those pieces of shit who gets pets anyway and just neglects them.

I must have animals in the family. They're the ones who look after me ;)
