    I just had to post this. So I've been doin PE for maybe a little over a weak. And I just have to say it really does work. I just got done with "ballooning" and I was amazed at how thick my penis got. Wished I would of measured it cause it had to be a whole .25 inch thicker.

    If there's one thing that's vital to continued PE success is the logging of all of your PE details. You should consider doing that as soon as you can.

    Definitely keep a log. I did PE a few years ago and I only kept a log on a site that later went under. I know I got gains, but I don't know how much now because I have no records. Without records it's easy start doubting it because it is a fairly slow process.

    So now I'm keeping a log here, at Free Penis Enlargement Exercise Forum - The PE Gym and on my PC.

    How often should a beginner do "Ballooning"?

    I now do it after a jelq session. I do it 3 times a week. A beginner should probably do it once a week, if doing it the first week, and then more as you progress into the cycle. It is a good "test" to see how big you are really getting.
